Our story
From a sole practice in 2011 to two offices in Mpumalanga.
Ngomana & Associates Attorneys is an independent, black woman-owned and dynamic law firm established in 2011 by Fortunate Nwa-khosa Ngomana to provide effective, efficient and creative legal service to meet the distinctive needs of a wide variety of clients — individuals, associations, groups, corporate, institutional, public as well as private entities.
The firm is based in Witbank (eMalahleni) in Mpumalanga, draws the majority of its clients and conducts its business primarily in South Africa, and has established a second office in the Lowveld, in Nelspruit.
The firm was established by Fortunate Nwa-khosa Ngomana as a sole proprietor. Today its practitioners — a Director, an Associate, two Junior Attorneys and two Candidate Attorneys — cover 60 areas of practice. Between them they speak English, isiZulu, Sepedi, siSwati, Xitsonga, Tshivenda and more.
