Questions clients ask
General information only — not legal advice for your situation. Speak to an attorney about your matter.
Which court will my matter go to?
It depends on the type of matter and the amount claimed. Very small claims can go to the Small Claims Court, where you represent yourself; other civil claims go to the District or Regional Magistrates’ Court, and larger or more complex matters go to the High Court.
Do you act as correspondent attorneys?
Yes — correspondent services are one of the firm’s listed areas of practice, and the firm welcomes correspondence work on a reciprocal basis.
